A few days ago, TISCO successfully won the bid for the Qiguang thermal pipeline project of Shanxi International Energy Group, and completed the first batch of supply guarantee tasks on schedule. This is the first important cooperation between TISCO and Shanxi International Energy Group since they signed a strategic cooperation agreement last year.
The Qiguang Thermal Pipeline Project is the first long-distance pipeline network project in the county economy of Shanxi Province. The project is located in Lingshi County, Jinzhong City. It is invested and constructed by Shanxi Qiguang Power Generation Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Shanxi International Energy Group. The generator set of Shanxi Qiguang Power Plant is used as the central heating source to build a primary heating pipe network. The project was approved in May 2019, and the pre-construction of 28 kilometers of two-way thermal pipelines is a key livelihood project in Shanxi Province.
After more than half a year of communication efforts, TISCO joined a large domestic steel pipe and thermal insulation plant to form a consortium to participate in the project bidding, and successfully won the bid on February 10 this year. Overcoming the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, TISCO Marketing Center, together with the manufacturing department, the hot rolling mill and other relevant units, actively coordinated, and successfully completed the first batch of trial production and post-production pipe production tasks. In the process of guaranteeing the supply of this project, TISCO provided users with a package of general contracting services through entrusted extension processing, and realized the value-added services. At present, the overall supply guarantee work is being accelerated, making every effort to ensure the smooth progress of key livelihood projects in our province. Combining the experience of this project in the bid and supply guarantee, TISCO will continue to implement the requirements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, strengthen the cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises, and strive to integrate international and domestic industry leaders to jointly build a full-process supply chain and contribute to the social and economic development of Shanxi Province.
