TISCO coal gas boiler promotion and reformation has beed built and operated for one more years. It was successful to pass 168 hours experiments on 12th may. After the item operating, the efficiency of taking use of residual energy and heat promotes 1.39X.
TISCO coal gas bolier’s promotion and reformation is the key item that TISCO promote the effeciency of taking use of residual energy and heat, secondary energy, and realize low-carbon development. The item use EPC to produce a 260t/h ultra-high temperature subcritical intermediate primary reheat gas boiler, a 80MV direct air-cooled unit with extraction steam condensing, supporting construction of SCR denitration system, public auxiliary facilities such as limestone gypsum wet desulfurization system, exhaust steam recovery system, etc.
TISCO energy industry person in charge introduce that the old coal gas bolier contain ability is not satisfied the system recycling supplying ability with the TISCO environment protection level improving continually and residual energy and heat is taken use of continually. So promoting effeciency of recycling secondary energy is imminent. New system use advanced ultra-high temperature subcritical intermediate primary reheat gas boiler, the effeciency of electricty promoted from 230KW/T to 320KW/T, one ton steam can generate electricty moer than 90KW. TISCO built the environment protection facilities which meet ultra-low emission requirements. This reformation promotes the level of automation and intelligence of the unit and realizes the three-dimensional digital design of the whole process and the digital control of the whole process of the project. At the same time, TISCO realize the production management personnel at all levels of the enterprise grasp enterprise information anytime and anywhere, and perform electronic official processing tasks, laying the foundation for future smart power plant management.
