Technology:

• Drawing: Drawing the rolled blank through the die hole into a section to reduce the increase in length
• Rolling: the blank is passed through the gap of a pair of rotating rollers. Due to the compression of the rollers, the material section is reduced and the length is increased. This is a common way to produce steel tubes
• Forging: To change the blank into the desired shape and size by using the reciprocating impact force of the hammer or the pressure of the press
• Extrusion: The blank is placed in a closed extrusion container with pressure applied at one end to extrude the blank from the specified die hole to obtain different shapes and sizes

Features:Compared with ferritic stainless steel and Martensitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel has higher toughness, lower brittle transition temperature, better intergranular corrosion resistance and welding performance, while retaining some characteristics of ferritic stainless steel, such as high thermal conductivity, small linear expansion coefficient and superplasticity.Compared with austenitic stainless steel, its strength is higher, especially the yield strength is significantly improved, and the intergranular corrosion resistance, stress corrosion and corrosion fatigue performance are significantly improved.Therefore, this kind of steel is widely used in chemical industry, large chemical containers for transportation, natural gas and petroleum industry, paper industry, environmental pollution control equipment and so on
